How to register?

To register, you need to create a personal account on the website of the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA) using a special service. After creating your account, you need to:

1. Enter your registration details: among other things, choose one subject from the proposed list, choose the city in Ukraine or abroad where you plan to stay on the days of the NMT, and the language of the test.

2. Upload scanned or photocopies of documents: the service will automatically generate the list of required documents based on the method of creating your account and your personal data.

3. Confirm participation and send all the data for processing to the regional centre for education quality assessment by clicking on the ‘Send for processing’ button. Without this step, your registration will not be completed and you will not be allowed to take the test.

After submitting all the data, one of two messages will appear in your personal account:

✅ Notification of successful registration and the ability to generate the NMT-2025 certificate;

❗️ Notification of the need to finalise the information provided and/or copies of documents.

You can correct errors and resubmit documents until 8 April inclusive. If no corrections are made by the deadline, registration will be denied.

How many people have already registered

As of 28 March, 258,171 people have already successfully registered and can issue an NMT certificate. Of these, 241,341 are going to take the tests in Ukraine and 16,830 abroad. When choosing an additional subject, applicants most often opt for foreign languages (102,978 participants) and geography (56,451). In addition, 50,812 people chose biology, 38,531 chose Ukrainian literature, 6,961 chose physics, and 2,438 chose chemistry.

At the same time, more than 5,000 applicants received notifications about the need to correct data errors or re-upload copies of documents. If you received such a message in your personal account, do not postpone corrections until the last day, as the deadline for submitting corrected documents also expires on 8 April.

Registration for NMT: important things to know

Representatives of the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assurance emphasise that after submitting documents, it is important to regularly log in to your personal account in order not to miss possible notifications of additional corrections. In addition, until 8 April, you can change the subject of the additional block or the city (both in Ukraine and abroad), if necessary, and indicate that you plan to take the NMT during the additional session.

If you still haven't completed your registration or have received a request to revise your documents, act immediately, as there is very little time left before the end of the main registration period and the opportunity to make changes.

Do not forget that applying to foreign universities requires careful preparation. However, education lawyers at Visit Ukraine will help you simplify this process. They will help you prepare your documents correctly, choose a reliable educational institution, and avoid bureaucratic difficulties.

We remind you! The Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA) has expanded the list of cities abroad where Ukrainian graduates will be able to take the NMT-2025. We have published a complete list of countries and cities where the test will be held, organisation features, restrictions on the number of seats and important dates for changing registration.
